We do our best to ensure you have the best experience with our products. When receiving your order make sure you store the products sealed in a cool, dry place.

If an item is proven to be defective, we will accept a return of the item along with a full refund or replacement. Please let us know of any defective goods within 3 days of receipt of purchase send the details to hello@bakinggoodness.com.au. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind after purchase. Certainly It will make another milking mummy happy to be gifted.
